Three transects were laid in Paranas, three transects in Taft, and 2 transects in Guiuan. The trapping methods for the vertebrate faunal assessment were adapted from the Manual on Biodiversity Assessment and Monitoring System for Terrestrial Ecosystems by Cruz et al.
